About

The ERP Commons Archive is a free archive of iDempiere training materials — videos, walkthroughs, and reference pages built over 20+ years of teaching and consulting organizations in 60+ countries. It was created and maintained by Chuck Boecking. This archive is the Academy's original material — traditional education: recorded courses, studied top-down.

What's Next

AI is changing how ERP itself is learned, configured, deployed, audited, scaled, and supported. It gives a small team the leverage that used to require an integrator's whole team — and it's a genuinely good learning companion: patient, always available, current on every release.

We are creating a people-powered, AI-augmented community: people who have lived it, sharing best practices, hard-won lessons, the "we tried that, and here's what broke." It is how a small team gets right-sized support.
