Known Issues

The purpose of this page is to chronicle known issues that cause users problems.

Payment Allocation posting - posting is based on Allocation header date and not Payment/Invoice date. This can cause the inaccurate calculation of FX amounts. If you wish to prevent this situation, the Allocation header date must equal the desired Payment/Invoice date. This means that you cannot leave a payment open beyond one period; otherwise, you will get period closed posting errors.
Users ability to change Currency records. This causes posting durability issues. Durability = systems ability to re-post and get the same results.
